VICTIM SERVICES AND COMMUNITY CARE COORDINATION

SERVICES WE OFFER: 

Victim Services Coordination

  • Provide Victims Services, help eligible victims apply for New Mexico Crime Victims Reparation Commission (CVRC).
  • Provide Social Needs Screening.
  • Provide financial workshops, resume building, community education training.
  • Presentations on domestic violence and sexual assault awareness.
  • Help provide training for service providers through Tribal Didactics.

Community Care Coordination

  • Provide social needs screening and risk assessment.
  • Transportation to emergency placements and resources.
  • Help with emergency and basic needs.
  • Provide assistance with resources at the request of the client.
  • Provide assistance with understanding MCO/ insurance benefits.
